Cancellation Policy
NEW REQUIREMENT***___ EVERY CLIENT IS TO UTILIZE THE BATHROOM WIPES PRIOR TO COMING INTO THE WAX ROOM. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY FOR PROPER CLEANSING AND SANITATION. CANCELLATIONS AND LATE FEES***_____To cancel or reschedule please call 12 hours In advance. If not rescheduled within 12 hours, your service will be canceled with no refund of deposit and may result in penalty for future bookings. If more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a 10.00 late fee. After 10 minutes you will need to rebook appointment and pay another deposit. This does not apply to classes, classes are non refundable. Wax me Wednesday Is only valid for Wednesday, if you need to reschedule you will have to pay full price for service. Same for two for Tuesdays.
